Metrics
- When signing into Magnolia, you will notice the metrics bar at the top of the dashboard page
- You can see which organization you have signed into by locating the tag next to your name
- The unique participants metric keeps track of how many completed sessions there have been in the current month versus all time
- The new insights metric keeps track of how many new insights have been created in the current month versus all time
- The new artifacts metric keeps track of how many new artifacts have been created in the current month versus all time
Sessions Board
- The sessions board details all of the upcoming and previous scheduled user research sessions
- You can filter the list by:
- Topics (as seen above) to only show sessions related to a given topic (Eg. UI/UX)
- Status to only show sessions with a given status (Eg. Canceled)
- The participant's name will appear on each row with additional tags to mark anything significant related to the session (Rewards, NDA required)
- Hovering over any invite with a status of “Invited” will make the Cancel Session button appear which you can click to terminate an upcoming session
Public Link Invites
If anyone in the organization has created public link sessions they will appear here
- You can quickly see how many people have signed up for a session via a public link by checking the number next to the user icon (Eg. New amazing feature test = 1)
- Clicking Archive on any public link will move it to the archived section and close the session
- Clicking the clipboard icon will copy the session public link so that you can easily share it with testers
