Create new participant

On the participants' page, you can add a new participant to the database by clicking the circular + on the bottom right of the page or by pressing N on your keyboard

• When the new participant tab opens, you can enter information such as:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Organization Name
  • Email Address
• Additionally, you can associate a new participant with an existing segment by clicking from the available options (Eg. Enterprise)
• To create a new segment, click on Add Segment and give it a name
• To save the new participant into the participants' section, click Add

Participant profile

When clicking on an individual participant in the participants' section, a profile page will appear on the right-hand side of the screen:

1:

• To edit the participants' record, click on Edit
• To quickly create a session invite targeted at this participant, click on New invite with <participant name>

2:

• By default, you will land on the participants' profile tab
• To view any artifacts ever produced from this participant, select Artifacts
• To view any insights ever produced from this participant, select Insights
• To view any historical rewards issued to this participant, select Rewards
• To view any of the NDA's signed by the participant, select NDAs
