The repository section contains all of your research efforts in a centralized location.
Artifacts
Artifacts are all the raw research session transcripts and custom notes that arise from your research efforts.
- To create a new artifact, click on the + button or press C on your keyboard
- You can quickly see how many insights are derived from an artifact on the bottom left of each card
- You can always go back to an artifacts contents by clicking “Review Again”
- Determine whether the artifact is a transcript (meeting audio) or a custom note
- Enter your contents in the artifact text box
- If any research sessions exist, you can link them to the artifact
- Clicking “Create” adds the artifact to the Artifacts section
- Any existing artifact can be archived by opening the artifact and clicking the “Archive” button
- Note: If you integrate your Zoom Pro account with Magnolia, once your connected research session concludes, a transcript artifact will automatically be created with the contents pre-populated for you with a link to the specific research session
Insights
Insights represent the key findings from your various artifacts
- To create an insight from an artifact, highlight the block of text you wish to turn into an insight and click on the + button
- Next step is to link the highlighted text to one or more topics
- To save the insight, click into the white space in the artifact box and select “Mark as reviewed”
- Created insights will be segmented by their associated topic(s)
- You can search for a particular insight by using the search bar on the top right of the page
