Create new session
Sessions are invites to capture participant feedback. On the Sessions page, you can add and send a new session to participants by clicking the button Add New Session the top right of the page.
- When the new dialog box opens, you can enter information such as:
- Session Invite method: Email or Public link
- Topic
- Thanks message
- Add NDA (optional)
- Additionally, you can pull from existing templates previously created
Quick tip:
To invite multiple participants to a new session, hold M on your keyboard to multi-select a group of participants and press New invite with many or N on your keyboard to initiate the session details tab.
If you find yourself with a massive list of participants, you can always search by participant name/organization name or filter by segment
- To search by participant name or organization, type your query in the search bar and the results in the list will begin to shrink
- To filter by segment, click on the Funnel icon next to the search bar to display the available segments to pick from
- Click on a given segment(s) to show only those participants associated with those segment(s) in the list
Bulk Participants Import
To bulk import a list of existing participants that you might have had stored elsewhere, you can do so by clicking the + button on the participant's page to get started:
- Click on Import CSV at the top of the add new participant form
- Drop your file in the rectangle highlighted in green
- Review a preview of your results in the window
- Click Add many participants to process the file and bulk add the participants
- Note: It is important to follow the CSV file spec instructions found at the top of the form. If you do not follow the spec, the import process will fail. Our sample file can be downloaded here and is also attached below.
