Topics

Topics section allows you to create categories/tags to help you organize all of the uncovered insights from research sessions

Click on the + button or press C to create a new topic

• Enter a name for your new topic
• Enter a goal that you are looking to achieve by creating the new topic
• Click “Add” on the bottom right to create it

Messages (email templates)

Messages section allows you to create custom correspondence templates for participants, pre or post session

Click on the + button or press C to create a new message template

• Enter a name for your message template
• Provide a title for the email subject line
• Enter a body of text that will be used in the email correspondence
  • You can use any of the merge variables located under the internal name section, they light up green as soon as they are inserted (Eg. <firstName)
• Click “Add” to create your new message template (Or “Update” if editing an existing template)
• You can archive existing message templates by clicking on the “Archive” button on the bottom left

Magnolia Pro customers can add various reward vouchers that can be associated with research sessions
