Connecting your Zoom account within Magnolia
- On the settings page of Magnolia, ensure that you select Integrations
- Navigate to the row that contains Zoom and click Connect
- You will now be redirected outside of Magnolia to Zoom
- Enter your Zoom credentials if you're not logged in
- Authorize the connection between your Zoom account and Magnolia by clicking on Authorize
- Your Zoom account is now successfully connected with Magnolia. You'll be redirected to your Magnolia dashboard.
What does the integration between Magnolia <> Zoom provide to end-users?
- When creating a new session, any participants that book via the invite will be sent Zoom conference details automatically
- Your sessions will be automatically marked as completed when the associated Zoom meeting ends
- If you are on a Zoom paid plan, the meeting audio will be automatically transcribed into the Artifacts section of Magnolia
